Returns & Refunds Policy

At Azpet, we are committed to providing premium quality products for pets worldwide. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit, so we have created a clear returns policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

 


 

Returns for Unwanted Items

  • We accept returns of unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a secure, tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 working days.

 


 

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 


 

Quality Issues

  • If you believe your item does not meet the high standards expected of Azpet products, please email contact@azpet.co.uk with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

International Returns

  • At present, we are unable to accept standard returns from outside the UK due to shipping costs and customs complexities.

  • If your international order arrives defective or not as described, please email contact@azpet.co.uk to open a case. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue.

 


 

Additional Terms

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

  • All refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided for all returns and refund requests.
