Azpet products are designed to be compatible with Apple AirTag. Apple AirTag is not included with any Azpet product.

Azpet is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, AirTag, and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Tracking performance depends on Apple’s Find My network, device settings, and environmental factors. Azpet does not guarantee the location, recovery, or safety of pets.

2. Ordering & Contract of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
Orders are accepted at our discretion. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email.
All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via the secure payment methods offered (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).
We do not store card payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and is available here. Key points:

UK customers may return unwanted items within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping).
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection.
Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
Customised/bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.
International returns are not accepted, except in the case of defects.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing.
As many products are handmade or finished, slight variations may occur.
It is your responsibility to check sizing information before ordering.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights under UK consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
